Biography

I have a wonderful son who is a talented artist. A few years ago, I was inspired by him to explore my own artistic abilities. At about the same time, I began to increase the frequency and depth of my yoga practice. This journey into my creative and spiritual mind has taught me much about myself and others.

Art has allowed me to open my eyes to really see the outer beauty of the everyday things in the world around me that I used to take for granted. Yoga has allowed me to open my eyes to the inner beauty of all living things near and far. Although this beauty could never be truly represented in a drawing or painting, my hope is to inspire others to look a little deeper into their own surroundings in an artistic way.
